Joie Hayes
CEOAs Managing Partner and co-founder of ArthurHayes Consulting LLC (“ArthurHayes”), Ms. Joie Hayes is responsible for leading ArthurHayes’ Public Sector practice, developing strategic partnerships, and managing key client relationships. Ms. Hayes has over 18 years of management consulting experience supporting several large and small federal agencies. Ms. Hayes started her career with IBM Global Services providing federal financial management, risk management, and audit support.
Prior to co-founding ArthurHayes Consulting, Ms. Hayes was a Senior Manager for a strategic management and technology consulting firm where she launched and led its public sector enterprise risk management practice and more recently served as a Senior Advisor in the federal government where she led key risk projects for the U.S. Department of Education Federal Student Aid. Ms. Hayes holds a BS degree in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park, as well as PMP®, RIMS CRMP, RIMS CRMP-Fed certifications.
